I'm Lourdes Carbonell
I'm an estate agent in Alicante and I work independently, under the Star Sons Properties brand. I do two things: help people find a new-build home on the coast, and sell the homes of owners who trust me with them.

What is the new-build selection?
A shortlist of developments chosen for you. You tell me area, budget, timing and what you're after, and I send you only the ones that fit, with clear information on each.
Which areas do you cover?
For new builds: the Costa Blanca, Murcia (Costa Cálida) and the Costa del Sol. For resales: Alicante city and its surrounding area, including Playa de San Juan, Sant Joan d'Alacant, San Vicente del Raspeig, Mutxamel and El Campello.
I live outside Spain. Can you help?
Yes. I work in English or Spanish, by WhatsApp, phone or video call, so you can move forward even when you're not here.
Is the valuation of my home free?
Yes, free and with no obligation. I visit your home, compare it with the ones competing with it in your area and explain its value with data. The report is yours even if you decide not to sell with me.
What is virtual home staging?
Digitally furnishing or refreshing the photos of a home so buyers can see each room's potential. I always state that the image is virtually furnished: I never show something the home doesn't have.
How long does it take to sell a home in Alicante?
It depends mostly on the asking price, the area and the condition of the home. In the valuation I give you an estimate based on the homes competing with yours.
